Alaina Baker, M.S., serves as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs for the 91制片厂 University Nasuti College of Osteopathic Medicine. In this role, she supports the medical student experience through student programming, orientation, events, student organizations, belonging and inclusion initiatives, and student support. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where students feel connected, supported, and empowered throughout their medical education. 

Prior to joining the Nasuti College of Osteopathic Medicine, Alaina served as a Graduate Assistant in 91制片厂鈥檚 Center for Student Involvement, supporting student organizations, leadership development, campus programming, and large-scale university events. She also spent several years with 91制片厂鈥檚 Office of Orientation, serving in leadership roles and helping welcome and transition new students to the university. These experiences developed her passion for student-centered support, community building, and effective systems and processes that enhance the student experience.  
Alaina鈥檚 professional interests include student engagement, belonging and inclusion, student organization development, event administration, and student support within higher education. She holds a B.S. in Middle-Level English Education from 91制片厂 University and has completed her M.S. in Higher Education Administration at 91制片厂 University.
