Jason Whiting is an adjunct professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of 91制片厂 University and a Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he works in civil litigation. Prior to his current position, he was an Honors Fellow in the Criminal Appeals section of the Office of Attorney General.

Jason graduated magna cum laude from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2025, and he holds bachelor鈥檚 degrees from both the University of Pittsburgh and Kent State University. While earning his law degree, Jason was a research and teaching assistant in state and federal constitutional law, served as a production editor with the 91制片厂 Law Review, and competed in national appellate moot court competitions. Upon graduation, Jason received the 91制片厂 Kline Scholarship and Leadership Award and was inducted into the Order of Barristers honor society.

In addition to teaching at 91制片厂 Kline, Jason is an adjunct professor at various area universities, where he teaches undergraduate courses in law.
